Being brave......

I have been very brave and doodled on my card today, it is such a hard thing to do.  Just to doodle on the card and not worry that the lines aren't straight ~ well they definitely aren't!

Today's card is for the following challenges:

cupcake craft challenges ~ Something new (my new stamp that I haven't used yet).
allsorts ~ Paper piecing
lili of the valley ~ My favourite LOTV stamp

Materials Used:

All background papers used and floral embellishments were recycled from last years calender ~ Free with Cardmaking & papercrafts last year in association with My Minds Eye ~ Bloom & Grow.
Image ~ Lili of the Valley
Stamped with Memento ink and coloured with promarkers
String, ribbon, pegs and sentiment from crafty stash.

Now to leave you on another yummy little treat.  There will be plenty of these going on! Sorry blame the new years resolutions that WILL be stuck to lol!  I have always had the desire to do loads of things ~ new crafts, sewing, more baking, etc,etc the list goes on and on......

This year the excuses stop and they actually get done.  My list is huge so I won't bore you with them, but I will be sharing on here.

Another huge project that we are undertaking this year is re-decorating our home.  This is our 4th year in this house, when we initially moved in we had to complete gut the house and decorate, but you know what it is like there are jobs all over that never get finished.

This year our home WILL be finished for Christmas!!!

Yummy Rock Cakes ~ first time made but definitely not the last.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog, please feel free to leave a comment I love to hear from you.

This card has been made for my special little girls 6th Birthday!  I am so happy with how it turned out with all the dimensions and textures.

Well it has been a crazy week here, what with having to look after hubby following an operation, my birthday, little one's birthday, our 7th Wedding Anniversary and having to run the business all on my own! I am worn out lol! Hopefully starting to get on top of things to add a little crafting in.  I am getting withdrawal symptoms already =]

Hope you are all well and enjoying the sunny weather today
