Happy New Year

Happy New Year!

I have lots of plans for 2013, both on a personal and professional level.

2012 was a fantastic year for our business Patches UK, and it's amazing to see it grow.
2013 I wish to develop my craft/creative side more, so we are juggling things to allow this to happen.

In 2012 I lost 3 stone, I wish to continue in the right direction in 2013 and after over eating at Christmas I'm for once looking forward to going back on the diet.

We have lived in our home for 5 years this May, and there is continuously something to do, or nothing quite finished so 2013 will be the year, instead of wishing to move house I'm going to finish the one I'm in!

Most importantly for 2013 there is going to be more family time and home cooking/baking.  Running your own business involves a lot of hours in the office, I want to take more time out for family.
My little girl is growing up so fast.
I'm looking forward to the summer coming and having bbq's & outings as well as more snuggles on the sofa watching films, crafting and baking together on those wet days (that we have plenty of).

I am going to be more myself, get more organised & instead of pleasing others I'm going to do what I feel is right and what makes me happy.

Family, Love, Fun and Laughter.

What you can expect from this blog in 2013 (actually makes me feel quite excited):

Cards, Paper crafts, Printing, Jewellery (a new craft for me I am dying to try), personalised printed gifts as well as handmade gifts, I'm hoping to get into my painting (it's been too many years) & working with fimo again (yet again something else that is too many years ago)
Loads more yummy bakes and cakes and a little waffle in between.

Wishing you all a Very Happy New Year.

I would love to hear what plans you have for 2013.

Love Em x
