Anyone for cake?

Yesterday was a day of 2 firsts. It was the first time that I made a large cupcake cake using the other first which was a silicone mould.

I am very pleased with the outcome.

Chocolate sponge with dark chocolate and coffee ganache.  Decorated with chocolate fingers and iced roses. Gold ribbon to finish it off.

I just love that rose nozzle from Purple cupcakes

Iced roses (pink and white) from Asda.

Oh and the Birthday Girl loved it too =)
