This is the view I have had from our caravan for the past week. Although we go to the lake District (Ullswater) every year this is a view I never get tired of.
I absolutely love it, the campsite we stay on is so quiet and tranquil it's a fantastic holiday to fully recharge the batteries.
We had lots of fun and tried some new things out.
Archery - I was a little nervous about this as I am not a sporty/outdoor person but do you know what I loved it, I felt my inner Robin Hood and can't wait to try it again possibly making it a regular hobby.
Sailing yes that is me looking very wind blown driving/steering a boat! Yet again not to sure on this as I get very bad travel/sea sickness, but do you know what it may have took a bit to get my balance but no sick bucket in sight.
We also did our usual trips
The Beatrix Potter Attraction - Windermere
The Little House on the Bridge - Ambleside
and just general chilling and taking in the sites.
If there is one thing I have learnt from this years holiday is not to worry so much (yes I am a worrier) and just have a go you never know you may actually enjoy it and do you know what I did.
(Also I have learnt that the diet is still not over - photos are so unkind)
Looking forward to getting back into a routine and developing loads of new products and ideas ready for Christmas and of course catching up on all of my favourite blogs.
I'm going to leave you now with a little sneaky peek of a new product coming to my website soon - Perfect for your teacher's Christmas gift.
Thank you for popping along to my blog
