Materials Used:
Card stock - Papermania
Paper - LOTV - Bonnets and Bowties
Ribbon, Flowers, and Brads from crafty stash
In order to get the number shape I just printed the numbers out onto the patterned paper and cut out and then free hand cut the larger pink card stock.
